Masala bun with sundried tomato butter – Freshly baked in our kitchen every day, the warm & perfect blend of spices in our masala bun along with the freshly churned rich & flavorful sun-dried tomato butter is a match made in heaven!
Cornfed Chicken Royale – Cornfed chicken, potato mille-feuille, achari beetroot chutney, curry velouté. This dish is a refined balance of bold flavours, creamy textures and crisp layers, combining French techniques with Indian inspired elements.
Champaran Lamb Shank (Chef’s special) – Lamb shank slow-cooked for 6 hours with freshly ground spices & onion, served with garlic & coriander doughball. The lamb is melt-in-your-mouth tender, and the doughball adds a delightful texture.
Potato Pave Chaat – Intricate layers of tender potato pave, with white peas masala topped with a luscious, whipped yogurt, tangy tamarind chutney, and vibrant coriander chutney. To add a delightful crunch, it’s finished with crispy potato shoestrings. Each bite offers a symphony of textures and flavours, making it a must-try chef’s special.
Aubergine Involtini – Smoked Aubergine puree, paired with spiced sweet potato and pita bread. This dish is inspired by chef Ruchi’s childhood comfort food, bringing the warmth of home-cooked meals to your table, just like her mother used to make.
Milaanj Fish & Chips – We take pride in our Day-boat-caught Cornish Whiting, meaning the fish served on your plate is as fresh as you could wish for, packed with flavour with a light batter, and served with hand cut triple fried chunky chips, mushy peas, Curry and Tartare sauce. Perfect for a quick lunch in the sun or a delightful dinner on a summer evening, it’s a dish we know
everyone can enjoy, and we’re proud to say ours is one of the best around.
Awadhi Lamb Kebab – Our signature dish, perfectly spiced, smoky lamb kebabs paired with a refreshing mint and coriander emulsion. The luxurious saffron yoghurt adds creamy texture and subtle floral notes, while delicate sago crackers provide a playful crunch. Finished with smooth garlic aioli, this dish is a symphony of flavours that transports you to the heart of Awadh, making it a
