● Cornfed Chicken Royale – Cornfed chicken, potato mille-feuille, achari beetroot chutney, curry velouté. This dish is a refined balance of bold flavours, creamy textures and crisp layers, combining French techniques with Indian inspired elements.
● Champaran Lamb Shank (Chef’s special) – Lamb shank slow-cooked for 6 hours with freshly ground spices & onion, served with garlic & coriander doughball. The lamb is melt-in-your-mouth tender, and the doughball adds a delightful texture.
● Potato Pave Chaat – Intricate layers of tender potato pave, with white peas masala topped with a luscious, whipped yogurt, tangy tamarind chutney, and vibrant coriander chutney.
