This cookery class will show off 2 amazing sauces, how to make pasta and 3 delicious recipes. This will be followed by a delicious 3-course lunch with a glass of fizz, to be enjoyed with new friends! Alastair will talk with passion on Italian food, the best produce, seasonality, recipes and cooking. 75 p/person, including a 3-course lunch
